We all know that teeth play an important role in order to keep body healthy. Still, we avoid caring about them; several diseases are left away once we take good care of our health. Anyhow, if a problem persists with teeth, it takes a long time get recover. We should properly take care of our teeth, so, there’s no fear for any disease related to teeth. We should use toothbrush and good toothpaste as well as you can go for a medical assistant if you need some recommendation. Don’t forget to brush teeth’s after taking meal in the night as well as do it after eating chocolates, sweets, coffee and tea, etc, never dig your teeth anyhow, some people have mania about doing al this. Go for a regular meditation if there’s pain in tooth, avoid them cause a big problem later. Take food that has efficient in vitamin “C”, fruits and green vegetables. Avoid using very hot or cold food because they directly related to the gums. Also don’t take lightly if there’s a pain or bad smell from mouth, to cure such problem wash with smooth hands after taking food in the night. These all the small self care that let tooth to work properly and we can have a healthy body and healthy life.
